Application
EYP - Heat Stable is best suited for emulsions processed industrially at high temperature (sterilization, retorting) and under high  mechanical  shearing. It can
also be used as natural bread stabilizer (0.1 - 0.2%w/w) for it retards retro gradation of starch. Specially developed for applications in mayonnaise, sauces and dressings.
